Apex Design's patented autoLYNX completely eliminate the hassle of disconnecting and reconnecting your sway-bar with a simple twist of a knob. This allows to spend more time doing what you love and less time fighting with your Jeep.

Has it been too many years of suffering the sway bar “quick disconnect?"  Most experiences require using a hammer and a tire wrench. It’s arguable that unbolting is easier.

FITS: 2007-2024 JEEP WRANGLER and 2020-2024 JEEP GLADIATOR

Fitment Notes:

- If you have a 1"-2.5" lift installed with stock shocks with or without shock extension brackets and you don't have bump stop extensions installed you will need to run the 8" version (shock stroke length should not exceed 9.5").

- 1.5"-2.5" lift - If you do have at least 2" bump stop extension installed with longer travel shocks you can use the 10.5" version.

- 3" lift and up use 10.5 (must have at least 2" bumpstop extensions installed).
Available Accessories:

MOUNTING BOLT KIT If you no longer have the original hardware for your lower links.
WASHER KIT

Recommended for stock ride height or low lift applications where link alignment may be needed.

OPTIONS
8.0" STROKE

For use with factory shocks including Rubicon, Sport and Sahara models.

Including JK/JL/JT. It's an ideal fit for a Mojave when you're keeping your stock shocks, even when lifted. This shorter link will make mounting easier on stock - 2.0” lift kits. Typically no trimming required on factory wheel wells.

DO NOT USE WITH LONGER THAN 8.5" STROKE SHOCKS

10.5" STROKE

For use with aftermarket shocks. If you plan on upgrading to longer shocks than factory supplied, use the 10.5” stroke autoLYNX.

This will most likely require trimming of aftermarket inner fender liners. Must have at least 2" Bumpstops before you install the 10.5 version.

NOTE: These links are designed for the front of the vehicle. Installing them in the rear is not an approved application and will void the warranty.

As an innovative company, we want to make products that stand out by fixing known issues that are an irritation for the off-roader.

The patented autoLYNX was designed to make disconnecting the sway bar much faster and easier:

  • No need to fight a stuck QD link.
  • No need to find perfectly flat ground to connect or reconnect.

To disconnect the sway bar, just hop out and turn the knob a quarter turn and then do the other side. Takes less than 10 seconds. It’s easy to turn and that's it. Hop back in and drive.

You can do this on relatively un-flat  ground up to 4” of articulation.

To reconnect, turn the knobs back to the lock position and push the sway bar down until you hear a “click” and that's it. Only one side needs to be pushed down to latch. As you drive, it will automatically latch the other side. Your Jeep can be at full articulation to re-latch the bar.

  • No need to park the bar or clean the mounting pins.
  • No need to find level ground.
  • No need to push and pull under a muddy Jeep.

The hardest part is getting out of the Jeep...that’s it!

The link has multiple positions to allow for almost all possibilities of link fitment. Measure your old one and set it there.

What about quality?

It's built much like a high end damper with an induction hardened, hard chromed shaft and hard anodized body (the anodizing process may cause slight variations in color). The bushing is OE style vulcanized rubber. These are tooled and made special for this application, not a generic bushing. The upper bushing has a special swivel for sway bar swing.

What will it work with?

Most any sway bar. We recommend the Jeep sport sway bar though it could be used as an antirock bar or other. It can be used with the Rubicon bar but we recommend removing it, as it tends to fail (the bushing fails as does the love joy style connector. It also makes a lot of noise when worn).

 QUESTIONS:

WHAT SIZE AUTOLYNX ARE RIGHT FOR MY JEEP?

- If you have a 1"-2.5" lift installed with stock shocks with or without shock extension brackets and you don't have bump stop extensions installed you will need to run the 8" version (shock stroke length should not exceed 9.5").

- 1.5"-2.5" lift - If you do have at least 2" bump stop extension installed with longer travel shocks you can use the 10.5" version.

- 3" lift and up use 10.5 version (must have at least 2" bumpstop extensions installed).

WILL THE AUTOLYNX WORK ON VEHICLES OTHER THAN THE JL/JT/JK?

The short answer is no. They were designed to work specifically on the JL/JT/JK platform. We will not offer warranty on this product if it is installed on something other than a JL/JT/JK. If you do purchase to adapt to a different application you will be doing so at your own risk as we will not offer warranty in these situations.
